Following a fall down her stairs at home, our client, Jan, was admitted to hospital with a severe, life-altering spinal cord injury, resulting in a lengthy hospital stay, leaving the comfort of her home behind.
We worked closely with all the professionals involved in Jan’s care to create a bespoke package of care that would get her back home with the clinical care she required, just in time for Christmas.
Jan's resilience and determination during this time were truly inspiring. We are grateful to have been able to bring her home, where she is doing well and settling into a new way of life, receiving ongoing care at home.
