Working with Case Managers
We currently work with many major case management companies and personal injury law firms. We provide our specialist evidence-based care and support packages to adults, children and young people who have sustained injuries as a result of accidents or medical negligence.
With five local teams throughout England we can provide quotations and arrange assessments with one of our Clinical Nurse Specialists. We have extensive experience understanding the needs of our clients and recommending the best care available for them arranging bespoke training for our staff where required.
We receive referrals from Case Managers who present clients with a variety of conditions including, but not limited to:
- Brain Injury (ABI and TBI)
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Complex orthopaedics
- Acquired injuries from birth
The unique needs of every client referred to us requires tailored support. In many cases, we provide care for many years whilst some clients require short-term, flexible care. Here are some of the broad types of care packages we provide to people in their homes:
- Extensive complex healthcare packages.
- Personal assistance and social care packages.
- Rehabilitation support packages.
When we arrange care, support and rehabilitation packages we focus on the individual needs and preferences of your client to find the right healthcare staff for them. We also work with the client’s relatives to introduce care in a way which supports family life.
We will provide you, as the Case Manager, with accurate and timely information in a format that can be easily included in reports and recommendations that you may be making on behalf of your clients.
