Our personal care service provides support for individuals in their own home to allow them to continue living as independently as possible.
Our service is designed to support your physical and emotional needs in all of your activities of daily living.
Our Healthcare Assistants are able to fully support you with bathing, showering, hair washing, shaving and oral hygiene. If you are able to do some tasks independently you will still have peace of mind to ensure your safety is always being maintained.
We are able to assist you fully with toileting and we will also monitor personal hygiene to ensure your health and comfort is carefully managed. Our service includes changing catheter bags, incontinence pads and stoma bags.
We are able to assist with the preparation of food and support you with the fulfilment of your dietary needs.
Our healthcare assistants can support you with the prompting or administration of prescribed medicines. We also have nursing resource to support with complex medication such as administering drugs intravenously (IV) or via a gastrostomy (PEG), or when taking controlled drugs such as morphine.
Our service fully supports your regular routines, including assisting you within your home as well as being able to continue with your involvement in community activities, for example, attend a club, take part in social activities, or carry out any errands. We will work with you to help rebuild your confidence if required and ensure you maintain your independence.
