£25k -£30k plus £4k car allowance

This role will include travel across our main North Regions which will include Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and Doncaster.

Apollo Home Healthcare is a specialist provider of high quality complex care services, caring for adults, children, and young people. Our service is designed to allow individuals to stay within their own home to receive person-centered care and support. Our care packages are tailored to meet the individual’s needs.

Due to the growth of the business we now have an exciting opportunity to join our team in the North as a Regional Recruitment Manager. The position plays a key role in generating the right talent to deliver our service effectively.

The role will cover: -

  • Working within the North region pro-actively recruiting and resourcing healthcare staff for complex packages of care.
  • Working closely with define offices to understand their individual recruitment requirements.
  • Pro-actively sourcing Healthcare Assistants and Nurses using a wide range of methods and social platforms.
  • The creation and management of recruitment campaigns.
  • Management of local marketing events and job fairs
  • Screening, interviewing and networking with relevant candidates
  • CV searching and utilising social media to generate new candidates.
  • Providing reports to demonstrate the volume of candidates sourced.

Skills & Experience Required

  • An experienced recruitment consultant (ideally healthcare) with a proven recruitment/sales experience. (Internal Experience will be considered)
  • Pro-active skills in generating talent.
  • Good skills utilising social media platforms
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to liaise with people of all ages.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Sales skills
  • Excellent computer literacy skills to be able to use a wide range of ICT packages
  • Full driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Location & Hours

The role will be mobile across the North and North West offices and will also involve travel to our central office in the West Midlands where our central recruitment team are based. The role is based on 37.5 hours per week Monday- Friday.

Mileage and business expenses are payable.
