Job description

Apollo Home Healthcare is recruiting an Internal Recruiter to join our central recruitment team, proactively sourcing quality care staff for our local offices.

We are a specialist provider of high quality complex care services, caring for adults, children, and young people in their own homes. The service we deliver relies highly on us providing quality care staff to our clients who have the skills and experience needed to deliver the best quality of care.

The role will cover:-

  • Management of the recruitment of all healthcare staff for a defined geographical area
  • Pro-actively recruiting and resourcing healthcare staff to deliver hands-on care within the community
  • Working with an assigned office to ensure that the recruitment needs of their care packages are continually met
  • Utilising tools such as CV searching, talent pool and external recruitment sites to source suitable candidates
  • Posting job adverts and management of response through internal and third-party systems
  • Screening candidates to ensure they have the skills and experience required for our clients and booking them in for interview
  • Working to clear KPIs in relation to interviews booked, vacancies filled, and candidates contacted
  • Building strong relationships with office locations to understand recruitment needs and the level of candidates required
  • Involvement in external job fayres, localised marketing and development of the Apollo Home Healthcare brand

Skills & Experience Required

We are looking for someone with a strong background in proactive recruitment who can hit the ground running. You will be working in a fast paced environment and must be confident communicator with the ability to prioritise your workload and take ownership of your geographical location.

Essential skills you must possess are;

  • At least one year's proactive recruitment experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport internally and externally
  • Strong administration skills
