Job description

Complex Care Assistant

Location: Blackburn

Salary: £8.00 - £13.00 per hour *upon successful completion of 12 week induction you will receive a salary increase

Monday – Friday (Days)

8am - 5pm 7am - 4pm

Are you looking to expand your skills and enhance your career to include providing Complex Clinical Care?

Would you like to accompany and assist our children and young adults within their educationa setting?

We are looking for dedicated health care assistants who have experience and a genuine passion and interest for working with children and young adults to join our team in Blackburn.

If you have experience in complex care that’s great; but if not, we offer full comprehensive training for our client’s clinical requirements if required.

We are supporting 3 clients who require assistance within their education setting a nursery, high school and university.

This is an excellent opportunity and a really rewarding role as you will be part of our client’s educational journey and assist with their daily care needs that may include personal care, tracheostomy care, ventilator care, administration of PEG feeds and medication.

Our clients are aged between 2 and 22 years old and have a range of complex needs that include Cerebral Palsy, Scoliosis, Epilepsy and Muscle Weakness.

Due to the complexity of our clients, our applicants will demonstrate previous experience work within a care setting.

In return for your commitment, dedication, hard work and exceptional skills, we can offer hours to suit your needs, a regular client/s, a confirmed rota, weekly pay and holiday pay.
