Healthcare Assistant - Complex Clinical Care

Location: Denton

*Salary: £10.00 - £15.00 includes training rate and fully competent weekday and weekend rate**

*We offer a fully comprehensive training programme for our client's requirements & whilst training you will be working at a reduced rate.

Hours / Shift Pattern: 12 hour shifts, both days and nights.

Are you experienced in delivering Health Care / Social Care within the community or a residential / nursing care setting?

Are you looking to expand your skills and enhance your career to include providing Complex Clinical Care or do you already have Complex Care experience?

We are looking for someone who is experienced within healthcare to join our team in Denton.

Our client is a woman who has Gillan Barre Syndrome. She is ventilated 24/7 and also has a tracheostomy. She is fully immobile and will require full assistance with personal care.

She has full capacity and can communicate verbally. She is currently in Wythenshawe hospital, awaiting discharge home to live with her son and 2 pets, a cat and a dog. She likes to go out and access the community and going shopping.

Our ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate previous experience working within a care setting, and have a driving license so they can take the client out in the community. We also need someone who is able to travel to Wythenshawe Hospital, where the training and shadowing will begin. Once the care team is fully trained, she will return home to Denton.

We offer full comprehensive training for our client’s clinical requirements if required. This is a personally rewarding role where you can make a difference to our client and their family’s everyday lives.
