Location: St. Helens.
Salary: £8.00 - £13.50 * includes training rate and fully competent weekday and weekend rate
Hours / Shift Pattern: Nights 8pm-8am.

Are you looking to expand your skills and enhance your career to include providing Complex Clinical Care?
We are looking for someone who has experience working with children, ideally experienced in delivering complex clinical care to join our team in St. Helens.
Our client is a 3 year old boy who has Pompes Disease, is ventilated and has a tracheostomy. He requires assistance with all forms of personal care and his complex care needs.
It is a very busy package, with a lot of different visitors. The role will include playing with the client and taking him out into the community. He is non-verbal, but loves music and dancing along to it as well. The role will begin in Manchester, at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, but he is currently starting a phased discharge home from hospital, back to St. Helens.
Our ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate previous experience working with children in a care setting, it would be advantageous if you have complex clinical care experience, as well as being a driver due to the travel to Manchester.
We offer full comprehensive training for our client’s clinical requirements if required. You will have your training and shadowing at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, as our client is currently situated there. Once training is complete, the role will continue back at the client’s home in St. Helens.
