Job description

The Role

We have a vacancy for a dedicated and passionate Care Assistant to work with a baby in the Bury area who has complex clinical needs.

This wonderful little boy has a tracheostomy in situ and reliant on a ventilator. All nutrition and medication is via NG Tube.

You will be carrying out all aspects of personal care and moving & handling as well as stimulation through play and sensory activities.

The hours of support

We currently have both full and part time roles available and the hours are:

  • 8am - 8pm
  • 8pm - 8am (Waking Nights)

You will be placed on a rolling rota with the team and we will provide the number of hours to suit your availability.

This role is on a long term basis so we require dedication and commitment.

Our ideal candidate

This position is ideal for somebody who has exposure to complex clinical care and understand the tasks mentioned above and is ready to take the step up to deliver complex care independently.

We require someone who has experience working in care for a minimum of 6 months.

The perfect candidate will be bubbly, dedicated and willing to learn.
